I feel like the emotive electronica of 'Traumstaat', that’s released today on Anjunadeep as part of the Anjunadeep13 project, marks the beginning of a new era for me as an artist, and I'm super-excited to be able to finally share it with you today.

Your key mission today, should you choose to accept it, is to Play Traumstaat, front-to-back ... and then luxuriate in a moment of symphonic bliss!

Traumstaat ('dream state') has been a while in the making. The first version of the piece was created almost exactly a year ago. The initial idea was to explore the nature of the moment when a dream expires - the transition between sleeping and waking.

Anjunadeep have created a jaw-dropping video featuring Jody Wisternoff and James Grant performing the full mix at sunset and sunrise in the mountains of Montenegro. It premieres on Youtube today at 4pm (GMT) / 8am (PST). I hope you can join me there to enjoy the live listening party!
