That was a *truly* unforgettable night in London.
We've had some amazing boat parties over the years, but it felt like there was something particularly special in the air. The transition to a One Series set was *so much fun* for me personally, starting out with some low slung funk & percussive deep house, rolling through the gears with some widescreen tech & bass house and finally bringing home the bacon with an anthemic outburst of classic techno.
Onto the After Party at Jamm, and a phenomenal walk-up on the night meant we had close to a full house. The tweaks to Room Two made a big difference, and whilst myself, Plumps DJs and Deekline bought the Boom to Room One, the relatively unsung heroes were the Stereophoenix crew in Room two, who kept the floor moving with a superb mix of melodic, emotive, rump-shaking house music, culminating in a genius acid throwdown from Craig Whitaker in his Red Oktober guise & then Martin Chandler soldiering through to a 6am close with the crowd still baying for more.
I can't thank family and friends enough for being so supportive, so engaged, so welcoming, and so THERE. Such a spectacular, and special night. Thank you all.
