Shadowmaker
Back in 2018 I began work on a series of songs that were a vehicle for articulating emotions that were coming up during a complex and challenging period of my life. I immersed myself deeper into a world of lyric-writing and songwriting and before I knew it I had an album's worth of material.
I was also working on a number of projects for film, TV and commercials as well as continuing to create under my Simon Shackleton and Elite Force guises, and in the constant push to be *heard* in this crazily saturated world of overwhelm, I had no idea how to push forward and release this stuff.
So this is the first step in my journey to unveil some of the Music from 'Shadowfalls'. Think Muse, Radiohead, NIN and you'll be part way there.
